- What methods of payment do we accept?
We accept most major credit cards, checks, etc.
- How do the birds know how to get home?
We train our birds to come home. They have a natural homing instinct and combined with their training we are assured of their returning to us safe and sound.
- What happens if the weather is bad on the day I am having a release?
We will determine if it is safe to still release the birds. If we determine it is not safe we will refund all of your money including the deposit.
- Can an bird "accident" occur?
Our birds are trained and fed a special diet, which normally prevent any "accidents". Remember though, these are live animals, but to date we have not had any "accidents".

We can release the birds no later than 1 hour before sunset. When we schedule your release we use a sunset table and determine for that date the latest the birds may be safely released.
- Why have a bird release? Why is a bird release special?
A bird release provides a memorable experience when compared to the cost of flowers for weddings and funerals. For funerals and memorials, we have been told that the release brought a special measure of comfort to the client.
- What other events are you capable of releasing birds at?
In addition to weddings, funerals and memorials, we can release birds at birthdays, parties, graduations, engagements, Bar Mitzvahs, Bridal & Baby showers, groundbreakings, Holidays, sports events, plays, advertising, movies and other commemorative events. Our birds enhance almost any event or special occasion.
